WRT 205 Pajewski/Kisthardt In-Person
We will be exploring the issue of food insecurity in the USA and its myriad causes and impacts. One of the early assignments I have is finding three sources of information on food insecurity in three different genres, one of which should be a scholarly journal article. The sources can be in diverse disciplines like education, health, business, etc. I want the students to be invested in the research by examining issues through the lens of their major.
